I’m a passionate media practitioner.
John Thompson-Mills has mostly channeled this passion through the radio, but is excited by the opportunities offered through "new media" technologies.
For more than 20 years, John worked at the ABC in Adelaide producing, presenting and reporting on everything from international affairs to sport and youth culture. He is passionate about football (soccer) and cycling, but can certainly be described as a sports and information lover.
In late 2009 John completed his multimedia-focused Journalism degree at Uni SA and since then has been working for Australia Live TV producing a daily sports show called KG & The General. Hosted by Ken 'KG' Cunningham and Phil Smyth, "KG & The General" streams live on www.australialivetv.com 3-5pm Monday-Friday.
John also has a blog which focuses on his two sporting passions jtm's blog, "balls and bikes!"

I'm an experienced presenter, producer, public speaker, reporter & writer. Applications I use daily are: Pro Tools, In Design, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Dreamweaver and Photoshop.
